The Male Fertility Clinic is a discreet service, conveniently located in the heart of London Victoria. We are an independent laboratory, providing comprehensive semen analysis for men wishing to assess their fertility. Choose a same day report* during booking, for even quicker access to results.
The cost of our sperm test is £189 on weekdays, and £199 on Saturdays. *Same day reports incur an additional £29 fee. Follow up consultations incur an additional £39 fee.

Private male fertility testing is becoming more important, as increasing pressures make it difficult to access these services through the NHS. Our dedicated service is open throughout the week, including limited evening and weekend availability, to fit around your busy lifestyle.

What to expect?
If you’ve been thinking about having your sperm checked, it needn’t be a long & complicated process. A sperm analysis is a quick, non-invasive test and one of the first checks which should be performed when a couple has experienced difficulty with falling pregnant.
Simply pick a time to provide your sample at our London clinic, and you will receive a full written report within 3 working days!

What else do I need to know?
There are a few key things to know before booking a semen analysis:
You should abstain from sexual activity/ejaculation for at least 2 days before your test, but no longer than 7 days. This ensures that the results of your sperm count are as accurate as possible - abstaining for longer than 7 days can result in a high number of dead sperm cells in the semen sample.
All appointments are 30 minutes long - please arrive in a timely manner.
We work closely alongside many professional establishments, including NHS GP surgeries and private IVF clinics .

After you receive your report, you may have additional questions you’d like to ask. This is not a problem at all, you will be invited to book a follow-up consultation to discuss further queries with one of our Andrologists (for a fee of just £39).
